What do you do at Rogers?
I get to do something different every day for the Fido Wireless Service and Support team. This ranges from digging into web analytics to providing insights and building business cases that help make strategic decisions. The best part is knowing that my team is making a difference in customers lives.
You’re part of the New Grad Leadership Development program. How has it set you up for success?
From my onboarding and in-store experiences in Toronto to presenting a business case to the whole Montreal Fido digital team within 3 weeks of starting, I got to see different aspects of the company I wouldn’t have otherwise seen. Rogers gives employees the resources they need to advance their careers – vertically and horizontally, and that’s no different for folks in the New Grad program.
Tell us about the people you work with – what makes them great?
If there’s one thing that makes or breaks a job – it’s the people you work with. Though we’re a new team, we have great chemistry and share the same vision. I admire the great work that everyone does!
What inspired you to join the Rogers team?
I was keen to join an industry leading company with a fast-paced environment – Rogers was a no brainer! The bonus is it’s wide variety of products, and size were extremely appealing.
