The Analyst, Sales Compensation Delivery will support the Rogers for Business (R4B) channel. The Compensation Team is responsible for the execution and set-up of Commissions, Investigation of inquiries and Reporting of commissions. The successful candidate will leverage analytical skills, customer service and business acumen which will play an instrumental role in the delivery of accurate and timely compensation payments.


  • Resolving Sales Compensation inquiries within SLA with a high degree of professionalism
  • Facilitate regular commission reporting and ad-hoc information requests by running pre-programmed SQL scripts and creating new queries/reports as required
  • Assist with quality assurance to ensure commission accuracy and completeness
  • Identify new processes to reduce compensation inquiries and escalations
  • Participate in cross functional meetings with the ability to highlight and identify compensation issues while determining execution and operational impacts
  • Collaborate with internal teams on system fixes and ticket processes
  • Create/update process documentations on payment work flows
  • Provide financial analysis support to the Operations team as well as other teams within the Sales Compensation
  • Partner with Sales to understand issues and work with team to resolve and address


  • Relevant work experience in a Compensation/Finance/Data Analysis/Customer Service role
  • Knowledge of SQL query, MS Access and MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and exacting quality standards required as it relates to accuracy of data
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, process and organizational skills are a must
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives
  • Highly effective communication skills (oral and written), coupled with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines while responding to frequent demands of multiple customers
  • A motivated, self-starter capable of owning and driving assignments to completion
  • Ability to work on weekend and after-hours as required
