Job Description:Askuity?is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative new division within The Home Depot (THD).?Askuity’s?mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.
Position Summary: The Customer Support Specialist acts as the first point of contact when it comes to supplier issues. The main goal of this position isis to be the first point of contact for any client issues regarding data integrity or app functionality, uncover potential opportunities for training for the Supplier Success and Community Enablement teams, and to proactively identify any issues with data accuracy and/or availability.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Community Enablement, Supplier Success, (THD) Development and Product to reach a resolution for suppliers?
·Action and resolve Zendesk tickets across all tools in the Supplier Analytics Program (Askuity, VendorDrill, DataConnection)
·Liaise with the product managers of each analytics tool to further investigate supplier issues
·Drive team initiatives by collaborating with the Supplier Success and Community Enablement team through support related projects
·Deliver optimal supplier support, all while managing and participating in projects relating to the supplier experience
·Post-secondary education (college or university)?
·2+ years of customer service experience?
·Intermediate skill level with Excel
·Working knowledge of Zendesk or another ticketing system
·Some?CRM/Salesforce?knowledge would be an asset?
·Technical knowledge of SQL preferred
·Intermediate Project Management skills
·Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels at an organization?
·Retail experience preferred?
·Critical thinking, resourcefulness, attention-to-detail and problem solving?
·Excellent collaboration?skills;?ability to work as a team player and individually?
