The Director, PMO and Operational Excellence leads the Workday@langara Project Management Office (PMO) and Operational Excellence department in strategic business transformation initiatives and the effective and efficient delivery of projects to support the evolving needs of the College. This position ensures the development, implementation and management of continuous strategic process improvement, change initiatives and Workday@Langara (ERP) program management practices, processes and governance are in alignment with the College’s vision and goals. As part of their role, the Director provides leadership and direction in facilitating transformation projects across the organization in collaboration with various stakeholders to understand unique business and academic requirements and to deliver coordinated College-wide change, contributing to the effective use of services that will lead to service efficiencies and optimization of resources.
