We are building a brilliant connected future for Canadians, and we need a manager to help orchestrate our network inventory and deliver quality and value to our customers. As an experienced Inventory Manager, you will partner with the Network Access PMO (Project Management Office) to ensure there are systems, processes and reporting in place to deliver an optimized inventory portfolio. Collaboration and process improvement are critical success factors for this role.

As the Inventory Manager, you will report to the Director, Network Supply Chain. Our Network Supply Chain supports the expansion and maintenance of our wireless and wireline networks, including 5G. With Rogers investments in 5G infrastructure, partnerships and innovations, our 5G network will deliver our customers a user experience like no other. It will create jobs, shape industries and provide world-class connectivity to Canadians. This role has the opportunity to drive significant impact and value.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with Network Access PMO (Project Management Office) to ensure the timely visibility and control of the Network inventory as part of our national buildout.
  • Act as a change agent to identify and drive process improvements, realizing optimized inventory turns and unlocking cash flow.
  • Create robust cycle count and audit processes to ensure effective inventory management.
  • Enhance and maintain consolidated reporting platform and associated scorecards.
  • Perform advanced analyses, trending, to support network inventory optimization.
  • Lead and collaborate with Finance and IT on system enhancements to bring efficiencies to workflow and reporting.
  • Be the overall process owner for network inventory tracking, providing leadership, training, documentation and ongoing support.
  • What you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree business, economics, engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 -7 years progressive leadership experience in inventory management.
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate and influence others.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities; and highly detailed oriented.
  • Passion for driving process improvements, experienced in tools and reporting. Six Sigma/Lean considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • High degree of planning capabilities and comfortable working in dynamic, high-paced environment.
  • Globally recognized Supply Chain certification(s) preferred.
  • Previous experience with Oracle EBS an asset.
