What Will Your Role Look Like:

  • You will work with the Senior Manager and in collaboration with the Vice President of Advisor & Client Experience, you will be responsible for the Training, Sales Support and growth of assets for existing advisors.

  • You will be facilitating Branch Meetings, individual meetings and workshops with advisors to incorporate and customize the Investia products/concepts/tools in their business practice. You will ensure the implementation of business processes, provide training on the various tools available to the advisors that are intended to increase the value of advice and increase growth of overall assets and also work towards creating growth opportunities, simplifying advisors’ business practice and enhancing the efficiency in the services that they provide to their clients.

  • Another key aspect will be supporting Advisors through the escalation process when issues arises. Upon the arrival and transition of new representatives/groups of representatives in your region, you will ensure the new Advisor/Group are familiar and comfortable with the processes, systems and tools of Investia to be able to operate their business

What YOU Will Be Doing:

  • Sales Support for :

    • Branches and Advisors

    • Growth of assets

    • Escalations of issues

    • Arrival and transition of new representatives/groups

  • Maintain good relationships with Investia Head Office staff

  • Attend and contribute to Best Business Practice Roadshows and National Business Conferences

  • Keep up to date on changes or new initiatives

What YOU Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4-5 years of relevant experience

  • Canadian Investment Funds Course (IFIC) is an asset

  • Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course is an asset

  • Very good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Very good knowledge of financial products and services

  • Very good knowledge of insurance sector

  • Availability for extensive travelling (approx. 75% of the time)

  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset.
