FormHero is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager, SaaS Implementation to join our team. You will function as a client-facing leader for projects relating to the customization and launch of our software within a growing number of Tier One clients in banking, insurance and government. You will participate in every stage of project execution, from pre-sales proposals to contracting, through the SDLC, implementation, warranty, and transition to support. As a FormHero Project Manager you will apply your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders internally and with sophisticated clients.

Our new Project Manager will:
Manage the initiation, planning, execution and delivery of approved and prioritized initiatives ensuring that the business objectives and stakeholder needs and expectations are met.
Identify customer success criteria and satisfaction indicators and manage customer expectations.
Manage scope definition, estimation, contracting and fulfillment.
Produce detailed and thorough documentation aligned to the FormHero Project Management Framework for all stages of project planning and execution, including reporting to stakeholders.
Coordinate gathering and confirmation of project work streams and resources. to determine deliverables, budgets, timelines.
Develop, assign and monitor work package plans and instructions to project team members in coordination with the Professional Services Manager.
Conduct regular project meetings with cross-functional teams, attend appropriate ceremonies (stand-ups) to follow up on tasks, deliverables.
Manage issues, risks, and escalations in a proactive manner, engaging relevant stakeholders and team supports as required.
Continually re-baseline/re-align cross-functional team execution outcomes by identifying risks and mitigations strategies and managing the change request process.
Ensure all project documentation and deliverables are completed as per plan, and stored securely with appropriate accessibility controls.
Ensure all necessary risk assessments are carried out at the appropriate time (Architecture, Governance, Security Threat Risk Assessment, and Operational review and compliance).
Manage team relationships, provide feedback/coaching to project and program team members.
Build strong relationships with key internal department leads including resource managers, product development and account management.
Manage teams of internal and external resources including vendors and customers as required.
Participate in the development of our project management standards and methodologies.
What are we looking for?
Candidates who will add value to the team by bringing:
3+ years of related project management experience ideally working with a B2B software product organization including exposure to clients in a variety of industries with a preference for: banking, insurance or government
Demonstrated experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with revenue and expense forecasting and tracking.
Proven experience leading project estimation working groups composed of cross-functional teams including creating/managing SOW's and defining engagements with the clients.
Significant experience leading all aspects and stages of project delivery, including the oversight and assurance of quality across all project deliverables.
Comfortable with various tools for analysis, management, project scheduling, and time tracking.
Demonstrated ability to organize and facilitate teams towards agreed objectives.
Understanding of modern technologies and trends and project methodologies.
Knowledge of project management software applications tools for scheduling, tracking and analyzing project activities
Previous experience as a software developer is a significant asset
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
