• Strategically launched monolayer coating product in the market, by driving it through key stakeholders at customer’s end and thus penetrated into competitor’s business share.

• Designed new product development dashboard (MS Excel based) that reduced our reporting and follow-up activity from weekly to monthly, resulting in enhanced productivity for the team.

• Developed new product/technology catalogues and presentations for 5 color shows in a year.

• Managed key customer accounts in processed food hygiene segment (pan India) for industrial chemicals and engineering projects.
