Currently working in multifunctional roles with 13 years of work experience as an Educator in the field of computer science. As a Director of the program and educator, I aim to provide the highest quality standards in education to assist in the development of a highly skilled workforce and play an active role in enhancing the education field. I aim to be associated with an organization, which provides me the right opportunity and good environment for the exploitation of my technical and communication skills. I am always curious and ambitious to learn about the new technologies. Implementation of the academic agenda set out by the university, in particular, provide assistance in the teaching and research activities of the faculty and offer suggestions for improvement. Routinely assess faculty members’ teaching performance based on the criteria articulated in the teaching evaluation form. Provide guidance for strengthening the academic program and promoting teaching quality and periodically submit course planning, faculty resource planning and student assessment methods where the situation of students requires it and ensure that faculty members timely complete their research assignments as required by the university.

Set the guidelines for student evaluation are implemented in conformity with the university policies to ensure that the passing rate in each course is consistent with the university requirements. Provide counselling and guidance to students about their studies, extracurricular activities and any other particular needs so as to ensure that the continuation rate of students is consistent with the university requirements and support the Admission Team in their efforts to boost student enrollment. Strengthen linkages between the university and the business community, professional organizations, and alumni to facilitate the students’ search for internships and provide guidance and assistance in their career planning.

Cooperate with the Office of Research and Development and the Q/A Team to apply for external research funds and with all relevant government agencies and departments to apply for CSR funds. Ensure that all academic documents required by the government and the Office of Higher Education Commission are timely completed and submitted. Submit a budget that reflects the requirements of each program/concentration, complete the weekly teaching load as assigned, and perform any other tasks as assigned by the university.
